Thank you Ma'am essay

Mr. R Please grade me on my inro/con  and voice thnks!

Wow!!! did you ever read thank you ma'm, well i did and I really liked it a lot but my favorite part was the charicers Mrs. Jones and rodger. I have cossen to pick the charicters because I cant relate  to rodger and I know someone jus like Mrs. Jones.

First Mrs. Jones Is a wonderfull fat lady but she is smart and nice woman. My friends grangmother is jus like her but I dont think she would do the same for him thats why Mrs. Jones is great, she said in the story wash your face, and that ment that she wannted to take care of him for the moment but he almost mugged her and she still helped the boy and i think that that is a wonderfull thing to do.

Second Rodger he is a rat nothing stealing from old fat ladies but I can relate to him sometimes because when I want something and I cant get it I wouldent steal for it but I would want it as bad as he wanted his blue swayed shoes. I think that Langston Houghs ment when the boy washed his face he got baptized because as soon as he washed his face he turned into a new person, a nicer person.

In comparison  I think them together is like hevan well not all that but its really nice and they were ment to be together because she considers hm as a son and i guess he considers her as a grandmother. I think that when they are together its the best for Rodger because he listens to her and he does better with her, however the same with Mrs. Jones too because she tells him what to do like a son and thats like perfect.

To top things off, thank you ma'am is a great lesson and for anyone who chooses to apply it in their minds. The best lesson could be learned in the most unexpected way. Just don't try to steal from a heafty woman.

I will Graduate in 2012!

Mr. R can you please give me a grade for my intro/con and voice

Let me ask you a question have you ever thought about graduating high school, no wow i did and i will i cant wait to go to college, because i want to be something when i get older and there is 2 things that will help me achieve my goal.

First of all my family will definitely help me with my school work and to achieve my goal and make me a great person and i wanna know that they are on my side at all times. My dad always said that right or wrong I'm always on your side and i do believe that because i no he cares for me and he would not let anything ever happen to me. By graduating 12 grade would make my family not only happy but proud.

Second and most of all in school my teachers such as my 5 main teachers Mr. Romero, Mrs. D, Mrs. Gold, Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Klose. These teachers Ive only had them for 2 weeks but i still have 4 more years to go and i feel that they will be a big part of my life in high school and even later on in life however i wont have them in college but i hope that i have the just as good teachers as i do now.

In conclusion I will definitely graduate high school in 2012 because again i wanna be something in life and my family tries and tries and there happy when i do good and i like to see them happy so ill do whatever it takes to make them happy and proud.

The President Election

Who should be the next President of the
U.S.A

I have spent a great deal of time thinking about which candidate to support in the upcoming Presidential Primary. At various times I have leaned towards supporting John McCain. I am confident that whichever of these men ends up as the President's job would certainly do our Party and our Nation proud and would be well qualified for the job of President of the United States.
I Have Picked John McCain to be our president of the us because one great thing that I have done research on is that he supports heath car and I strongly agree with that Under a McCain presidency health care will become more accessible to more Americans than at any other time in history. Reforms of the insurance market putting the choice of health care into the hands of American families rather than exclusively with the government or employers walk in clinics as alternatives to emergency room care paying for outcome in the treatment of disease rather than individual procedures and competition in the prescription drug market will wring out the runaway inflation once endemic in our health care system. John McCain has a strong record of working across the aisle to reform how business is done in Washington. Throughout his career of public service, John McCain has worked across party aisles with Republicans and Democrats alike to reform our campaign finance system, confirm qualified judges like Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Sam Alito, and enhance our homeland security. He spoke out against his own party's out-of-control spending, against the Administration to change a failing strategy in Iraq, and against an energy bill that was full of giveaways to Big Oil companies. A word from Mr. John McCain "To keep our nation prosperous, strong and growing we have to rethink, reform and reinvent: the way we educate our children; train our workers; deliver health care services; support retirees; fuel our transportation network; stimulate research and development; and harness new technologies." Cheaper Drugs: John McCain will look to bring greater affordability and competition to our drug markets through safe re-importation of drugs and faster introduction of generic drugs. Smoking: John McCain will promote the availability of smoking cessation programs. Most smokers would love to quit but find it hard to do so. Working with businesses and insurance companies to promote availability, we can improve lives and reduce associated chronic diseases through smoking cessation programs.
Coal: John McCain will commit $2 billion annually to advancing clean coal technologies. Coal produces the majority of our electricity today. Some believe that marketing viable clean coal technologies could be over 15 years away. John McCain believes that this is too long to wait and we need to commit significant federal resources to the science research and development that advance this critical technology. Once commercialized, the U.S. can then export these technologies to countries like China that are committed to using their coal - creating new American jobs and allowing the U.S. to play a greater role in the international green economy. As he says cheap, clean, secure energy for America.

On The other hand you have Barrack Obama he id also a good candidate for president and I do agree this country does need a change and having the first black president would be a lot of change, but as I said before I said that I strongly support John McCain about heath care and I really am because I have for grandparents 2 grandmothers and 2 grandfathers and I want to they are safe and healthy at all times and I don't think that Barack Obama thinks the same way as me. Again, while I disagree with McCain on some matters of policy, what I respect about him is his willingness to tell us what we don't want to hear. Even if we disagree with him, we will always know where he stands.
Other than that I really cant decide about who I want to be the president of the us but I cant tell you that who ever is they are going to do an excellent job of helping us and running out great country

Should The Government allow violent video games

I say that no the government should allow people to buy violent video games because in a video game I no its very violent such as Grand theft auto most important and much more. I also think that that game teaches you a lesson because if you play the game and you kill say a cop then you gat stars and the cops come chasing you and 9 times out of 10 they catch you, you either get busted or you die. Also you cant blame the game if someone kills someone else because nobody or nothing could make you do something like that because people make there own choses and thats there problem I mean I feel bad if someone dies over this but its not just the game there maybe something wrong with that person. And thats how I feel about the government letting people buy video games.
John McCain supports education for our students of the us I no this because he said
"Propose sending education funding directly to classrooms rather than having it siphoned off by federal and state bureaucracies. If this funding flows to classrooms that continue to fail, the state should have the authority to allow students to use that funding directly for programs that best meet their academic needs. Empowering parents and students through educational choice and competition is the surest path to academic excellence."

And Thats how i feel on the education of the us
